The idea

This is how we picture it

A route that brings together the best of north-west Europe: the Paris of always, the medieval Bruges that seems frozen in time, the canals of Amsterdam and a stretch of the Rhine sailed slowly between castles and vineyards.

This is a trip idea, not a fixed package: every version is designed around the person living it.

Days 1-4

Paris, three whole nights

The Louvre, Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower at night and a stroll along the Seine. Three nights are enough for the essential Paris and a surprise of your own.

The city works by neighbourhoods, like chapters. The classic mistake is wanting to read them all: better three well lived.

Days 4-5

Bruges and Brussels

The Grand Place in Brussels, golden at six in the evening, and a night in Bruges: canals, the belfry and chocolate from the original source.

Bruges at night, once the day trips have left, gets its fifteenth century back. Sleeping there makes the difference.

Days 6-8

Amsterdam and the Rhine

The Hague and two nights in Amsterdam with its canals and museums, then the finale sailing the romantic Rhine between Boppard and Cologne, on to Frankfurt.

The boat is the perfect epilogue: castles on one side, vineyards on the other, and nothing to do but look.

Frankfurt, Germany

The river makes the itinerary: the city arrives on its own, lit up and on time.
