What luxury means at VOi

What luxury means at VOi

It is not the price. It is the judgement.

By Mariela Palacios Vargas · Updated on September 8, 2026

There is an idea of luxury that you buy: the highest suite, the most expensive table, the word “exclusive” repeated until it no longer means anything. That luxury exists, and sometimes it is part of a trip. But it is not ours.

For us, luxury is judgement. Knowing which door to knock on in each city, and who to call when the plan changes. Knowing that in Kyoto the right hour for that temple is seven in the morning, that in Cartagena there is a rooftop that appears on no list, and that in Rome there is a guide who tells the Sistine Chapel as if he had painted it himself.

Luxury is also time. An itinerary that does not chase you. Days with room to get lost, because what you remember from a trip was almost never in the programme.

And it is having someone who knows you. At VOi every trip starts with a conversation, not with a catalogue. We ask what you want to feel before we ask where you want to go. Then we design, and we do it with 19 years of knowing destinations and knowing the people who make them possible.

That is our luxury: the judgement that opens doors money alone does not open.

What if we designed it around you?

Tell us what you want to feel and a travel designer will call you. No catalogues and no fixed packages.
